CASE STUDY: Canva for Education
Canva for Education was running their brilliant Learning Lab in Cardiff, gathering incredible insights from educators on the ground. But they faced a classic problem - the feedback black hole. When you have hours of passionate, messy discussions, how do you relay that raw energy to internal teams without it getting lost in a dry, 50-page report that nobody has time to read?
My mission was to act as the bridge between the Cardiff educators and the Canva internal teams. I moved between groups, listening for the gold nuggets amid the noise and honing in on the key comments that would actually help Canva improve. I translated the 'messy' internal problem of data collection into a clear, authoritative Information Illustration.
The result was a visual summary that did the heavy lifting for the Canva team, and was used to present findings in a global debrief! Job done!
